Make sure the Spider RFID is not connected to power.

Discharge any static electricity from yourself before starting.

Slide the SAM card in, making sure it is securly in place.

Connect the Spider RFID Reader to your PC or laptop.

Start the Spider RFID Reader Tool.

Make sure you see the SAM information.

Continue to go to the configuration builder.

Copy the configuration from the reader or open a configuration.

Go to the 'HID iClass' Section.

With the 'Automatic' setting the Spider RFID reader will try to determine the PAC (Physical Access Control) number often printed on the card.

Now save this configuration or click APPLY to overwrite the current configuration on the connected Spider RFID Reader.

Make sure to enable HID iClass Seos Support (and optionally HID iClass Support for non-Seos cards).
